3D yazıcı filamenti üretmek amaçlı çıktığımız yolda, yoğun Ar&Ge çalışmaları sonucu MASFILA’yı geliştirdik. Ekstrüzyonun en hassas ve zorlu yeri olan formlama kalıbı üzerinde yoğun çalışmalarımız sonucunda geliştirdiğimiz basınç arttırıcılarımız ve stabilizatörlerimiz sayesinde özel tasarım, üretim verimliliği, ovallik-çap toleransları ve ekstrüzyon hızında dünya standartlarının üzerinde sonuçlar elde ettik. MASFILA filament hatlarında 0,05 mm çap ve 0,05 mm ovallik toleransını yakaladık. MASFILA filament ekstrüzyon hatlarımızda şu ana kadar denenen ABS, PLA, PET, PETG, PP, PE, PVC ürünlerinin hepsinde aynı çap ve ovallik toleransı sunulmaktadır.
